Da qui gli ospiti possono sfruttare al massimo tutto ciò che la città ha da offrire. Grazie alla sua centrale posizione, la struttura offre un facile accesso alle destinazioni imperdibili di Tropea. Di fronte al caratteristico Portale d'ingresso (del '700) dell'appartamento c'è Piazza del Municipio con la splendida Chiesa del Gesù (del '500) su cui affaccia un lato della struttura stessa. A solo pochi passi si trova Piazza Galluppi, con uno stupendo affaccio sul mare, da cui parte una scalinata che consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi una delle più belle spiagge libere di Tropea fino alla Marina dell'Isola. Una breve passeggiata porta su Corso Vittorio Emanuele, centro vitale e turistico della Città.
