Sogno Mediterraneo is a new 2 store complex that was completed in 2009. It is located at the fringes of the municipality of Ricadi and consists of 10 apartments.
The property has well maintained garden, outdoor swimming pool (9.0x5.0m from 1 April until Nov.1, unheated) and parking on the premises.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating, fully functional kitchen, modern furniture and very cosy terrace/area on either side of the apartment.

Oasi di pace

Grazioso appartamento, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort situato in un residence dove di respira aria di relax. Proprietario super disponibile, ad accoglierci ci sono Angela e Peter, persone molto cordiali. Se dovessi visitare nuovamente la Costa degli Dei vorrei soggiornare ancora lì.

Una fantastica oasi

Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, cucina, spazio esterno e piscina. La casa si trova molto vicina a capo Vaticano e alle spiagge rinomate della zona. Assolutamente consigliata per adulti ma anche famiglie con bambini. I proprietari sono inglesi molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità!!

Appartamento adatto per coppia con grande veranda dove poter fare colazione e pranzare. Bellissima piscina illuminata anche di notte. Prima di soggiornare, ripassare l'inglese: chi vi accoglierà parla inglese e personalmente comunicare è stato difficilissimo. Nel complesso bella soluzione.

Ruhige Unterkunft

. Das stillvoll gebaute Anwesen liegt ruhig am Rande eines halb verlassenem, verfallenem Ortsteil von Ricadi. Stuard und Angela sind aufmerksame Ansprechpartner die auch in einem der Apartments wohnen. Sie haben uns Supermärkte und Strände gezeigt und sich sehr bemüht. Die ganze Anlage und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. In dieses Apartment fällt leider kein direktes Sonnenlicht.Das ist an heißen Tagen ein Vorteil, hat aber zu unsrer Reisezeit im Oktober nicht zum wohlfühlen beigetragen, genauso wenig wie die klebenden Küchenschrankgriffe und der Staub und Dreck in den Ecken. Schade! Es gibt keinen deutschen Fernsehsender und kein W-lan in der Wohnung. Dazu muß man sich vor das Apartment von Stuard und Angela stellen. Auto dringend nötig!

Appartamento arredato in stile moderno. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono passare una vacanza in totale relax, lontano dal rumore del traffico. Le spiagge più belle si trovano nel raggio di massimo 20 minuti d'auto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Kalabrien. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits von Ricadi und ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es war alles für einen perfekten Urlaub vorhanden. Wir wurden von Angela und Stuart sehr liebevoll aufgenommen und sie haben uns viele Tips gegeben. Der Pool war super sauber. Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Vacanza perfetta!

Appartamento nuovo davvero grazioso arredato modernamente con gusto. Abbiamo soggiornato un mese in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 3 e 4 anni) portando noi un lettino. L'appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Molto fresco a luglio anche senza accendere aria condizionata, sebbene ne sia provvisto. All'esterno un'ampia terrazza perfetta per il relax e poi la piscina tenuta perfettamente pulita e di sera illuminata, contornata da fiori, tutto molto curato. Contesto molto tranquillo in proprietà chiusa con cancello. Mare raggiungibile in 10 minuti di auto e negozi a 2 minuti. Tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero competitivo! I signori sul posto Peter e Wendy sono estremamente gentili e simpatici, discreti ma sempre disponibili in caso di necessità. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti. Pensiamo di ritornare molto presto!

Appartment in the traditional Calabrian villiage.

Igor the owner of the property was extremely helpful in every query we had. First impressions of the apartment was clean and modern, we were welcomed by our neighbours who kindly helped us settle in. My husband and I had everything we needed, from cooking equipment to towels, enough for a self-catering apartment. The apartment always remained cool and had a lovely breeze as the location was in a mountain area. At night it did get chilly and we only were supplied with one bed sheet, it would have helped if we had a blanket available also. My favourite part of the apartment was the outside Terrence where I enjoyed my coffee daily with the views of the plants and pretty outside space. Overall we had a relaxing stay at Sogno.

Ottima soluzione!

La struttura è di recente costruzione e l'appartamento molto carino e comodo, ha un bellissimo patio che si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina interna del residence. La casa era sempre molto fresca perchè è ben ombreggiata. Il paese più vicino con qualche negozio è ricadi che si trova a 2 minuti di auto, mentre dal mare dista 8/10 minuti. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, in cucina troverete le stoviglie essenziali, ma per noi andavano più che bene. Accoglienza eccelente e massima disponibilità da parte loro. Il contesto è molto carino e tranquillo. Lo consiglio a chi vuol stare in un posto tranquillo. Ci ritorneremo presto!
