Le parking (garage) n'est pas utilisable sauf pour les voiturettes - Impossible d'y entrer, il a donc fallu payer le parking public. L'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé, les appareils électroménagers étaient encrassés, une porte du hall d'entrée ne ferme pas, des étagères dans la chambre ne tenaient pas, la vaisselle inutilisable car usée par le lave vaisselle (même un couteau rouillé).. Bref horrible et à déconseiller.

Si l'appartement est effectivement bien situé, le reste est fortement à oublier. Le nettoyage est inexistant (poussière abondante partout, sol pas nettoyé ou peu, crasse sur les appareils électro-ménagers) auquel il faut ajouter une armoire dans le hall d'entré qui ne ferme pas, une planche dans la chambre cassée, la vaisselle dégoûtante et ne parlons même pas des verres tellement recouverts de calcaire qu'ils sont inutilisables. Franchement cet appartement a du potentiel mais ne mérite pas en état d'être repris par votre agence.

Der Meerblick von der Terrasse war atemberaubend, und wir verbrachten jeden Abend damit, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, Das geräumige Wohnzimmer war perfekt für unsere Familie, und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen benötigten, Außerdem war es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Middelkerke Strand entfernt, was unsere Tage angenehm machte, Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien oder Gruppen, die sich entspannen und die Küste genießen möchten!
