Three bedrooms including one double en-suite and two twin rooms along with a shower room. Outside, there is enclosed decking with seating and odedicated parking for 2 cars. In less than one mile you will find a shop on-site, and within 4 miles a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There are small steps leading up to the entrance, pets not allowed. Please note: this property accepts Friday check-ins only. Please note: working holiday bookings are not allowed in this property and in this park site. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350. Diving off St Abbs is world famous, and beaches at Cove and Coldingham offer unsurpassed beauty. Nearby Cockburnspath lies on the eastern extremity of the Southern Upland Way, a long distance footpath from the west to east coast of Scotland, and is ideally situated to offer great walking. A short drive or train journey north will take you to Edinburgh, while Berwick-upon-Tweed and Lindisfarne are a short drive south. A great location with plenty to see and do!
