1. Heating and Electricity:
Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
•Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
•Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

MAGNIFICENT HOUSE
Everything. The house is magnificent, the landlady is wonderful and very attentive every day, and so is her husband. They turned on the heating for us, prepared a snack for us, in short, magnificent hospitality.

Fantastic location, accommodation and host.
We stayed here for two nights, there had been a mix up with our accommodation a few days before our arrival but the team at Trident provided this lovely cottage as a solution. The property was well kept, well supplied and so conveniently located. Shirley was absolutely fantastic, met us on arrival and provided us with all the information we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and even dropped in some of her famous pancake batter on our last day!
A quicker response to the mix up with the original accommodation we booked which turned out to not be available for the weekend we chose. Mistakes happen and I do appreciate the speedy response of the team to remedy the issue.

Fantastic property only a short walking distance from beach and village
Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and lots of space. Fire in sitting and dining room so very cosy. Perfect for 12 people
No blinds on the velux windows in the main bedroom so it’s a little bright in the morning.
