1. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Check-out must be completed by 10:00.
2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas, if any, will be clearly indicated outside.
3. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of accommodation equipment, furniture, or fixtures resulting from negligence, misuse, or deliberate action. A thorough check will be conducted by our representative during check-out upon the return of the keys.
4. Reporting Issues: Any problems, damages, or malfunctions of household items identified by guests must be reported to the management within 24 hours of arrival at the property to avoid being considered your responsibility.
5. Appliance Use & Electrical Safety: Please use all devices and appliances strictly according to their provided instructions. If a BBQ facility is provided, please adhere to the specific instructions and demonstration given to you for its safe operation. The removal of the power card or key from the designated power activation system is strictly prohibited. Disconnecting this system may result in serious damage to the property’s equipment and poses a significant fire hazard. Guests are also required to use all electrical appliances responsibly and in moderation. Leaving appliances (such as air conditioning units, stoves, irons, etc.) running while away from the property is strictly forbidden.
6. Liability for Electrical Incidents: Any damage, malfunction, or incident (e.g., short circuit, fire, overheating, appliance failure, etc.)caused by unauthorized removal of the power system components or improper use of electrical devices shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage.
7. Water Conservation: Please use water responsibly and avoid excessive or reckless consumption to conserve resources.
8. Children’s Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the property and its surrounding areas.
9. Screens: Where window screens are installed, please ensure they remain closed at all hours to prevent the entry of insects and maintain internal conditions.
10. Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 15:30 to 17:30 (afternoon siesta) and from 23:30 to 07:30 (night).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CHARGES

Keys: In the event of lost keys or services requiring the assistance of a professional locksmith, the full cost will be borne by the visitor and paid accordingly. If keys are forgotten inside the property and the assistance of our company’s representative is required for access, a service charge of €40 will apply.
