We would like to welcome you to our charming city centre first floor apartment nestled in the heart of Chester. This delightful abode offers a perfect retreat just a short stroll from the vibrant city centre. You will be immersed in the historic charm as you take a leisurely 10-minute walk to Chester's iconic cathedral.

Accommodating 4 guests, our property features: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with overhead shower and an open plan kitchen/living space.

There is free Parking for 1 Car.

Stylish Living Space:

To the left of the entry hallway you will find 2 good sized bedrooms the first of which has a king bed and the second of which a comfortable double. Both have wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.

To the right of the corridor is a family sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. You will also find a brand new blue tooth mirror (connect to music whilst enjoying a leisurely bath) with extra lighting.

At the end of the corridor you will then step into a chic open-plan kitchen, and living area adorned with modern furnishings. A Smart TV awaits for your entertainment needs.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just seeking convenience, our kitchen has everything you need, including ample wine and prosecco glasses.

Fresh professionally laundered linens and towels are provided.

To the right of the hallway, a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Access is via Lock Box.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

The house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and as above the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
