Large Family Home on Grand Lake

Perfect for a quiet family getaway or a gathering of two or three families for a family reunion. Five bedrooms allow room for everyone with one master bedroom and full bath upstairs, two bedrooms on main floor with full bath and two bedrooms downstairs for the kids or more guest. Three floors with lots of room to spread out and do your own thing.
Smart television on main floor and in upstairs bedroom, VCR, DVD and internet included.
Two large decks overlook the lake and swimming area below. One dock on the property perfect for safe swimming located inside 5 mile an hour buoy zone. This property is one of the prettiest locations on Grand Lake.

House was very well equipped and exactly as described. Loved the big covered porch facing the lake with fans to keep it cool. Perfect for our multigenerational family. Baby items were very handy! This has been a family home for the last thirty five years. Our family has owned a home in this location since the early 1950's and has been enjoying Grand Lake and all it has to offer ever since.

Why they chose this property

My father purchase this property as a way to stay connected with the people that live on Grand Lake and particularly this cove. It is our father's wish that the family get together each year and enjoy the gift that is FAMILY. We now extend this invitation to your family and hope you too will experience all the great times to be enjoyed at Grand Lake.

What makes this property unique

The view from the living room is one of a kind, watching the sun rise from the deck while you drink your morning coffee will not be soon forgotten.
