Best stay we've had at the coast in 15 years! This was without a doubt, the cleanest house we have ever rented. Also very well stocked, with thoughtful touches and extras that we really appreciated (like extra toothbrushes). Host was very communicative and quick to respond. House is gorgeous and has easy beach access. Beds were SO comfy which is my #1 concern usually! Upstairs is beautiful and great spot for the whole family to hang out. Game room is awesome as well. Will be booking here again for sure!

This was our 4th stay at Bella Vista. This time we enjoyed the new living room furniture. Clean, comfortable, great view, as always. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful before and after check in. As advertised, great views of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Tons of games and things to do. Everyone especially loved playing ping pong! Location is off the main tourist drag, but convenient to everything we needed and wanted to visit. Highly recommend for families and extended stays!

We had a great stay. The home was clean and well equipped. Our kids loved having a space for them to play. The views are fantastic. Walking distance to a beach access point which was really nice. I appreciated the owner reaching out in advance about some road construction that was going on. We would definitely stay here again.

We were here for my grandaughters wedding. The rental was close to the venue and met all our needs. Beautiful views, especially from the top floor. We were thrilled to see a family of deer everyday. The bedrooms were great. Laundry was very convenient to have. The one complaint was the construction that was happening on the street in front of the rental but they moved the equipment so we could get thru. Kitchen was great especially the coffee that was provided. What a wonderful place to stay.

The kitchen was fully outfitted even had spices. onsite laundry and the community spaces were awesome. nice sitting/visiting area off kitchen dining with awesome view of sunset/ocean/beach. great lower level gaming area. easy beach access.
