Refined two-bedroom apartment, located in one of the noblest areas of Copacabana, the neighborhood that is a true icon of Rio de Janeiro. The decoration throughout the house reflects a modern and attractive aesthetic, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home immediately.

This apartment is the synthesis of comfort and sophistication. The living room, with its view of Christ the Redeemer, consists of a dining table, sofa, cable TV and a decor that combines modernity and good taste. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, ample cooking utensils and a washing machine, creating a practical environment. The master bedroom is a haven of tranquillity, offering a queen-size bed, armchair, TV and closets for a comfortable stay, while the second bedroom, with two single beds, is perfect for additional guests or children (both have air conditioning). With two full bathrooms, functionality and privacy are guaranteed for all occupants.

Adding to its many qualities, the apartment includes the additional benefit of one (1) covered parking space, providing greater convenience and protection for your vehicle.

Copacabana, with its famous beach that stretches out in a constant invitation to contemplation and leisure, is a veritable epicenter of culture, history and entertainment. This vibrant neighborhood is a melting pot of experiences, where every corner tells a story and every view is a postcard. Its streets are adorned with a fascinating mix of classic and modern architecture, while the promenade, with its emblematic wave pattern, is the stage for a daily spectacle of locals and visitors mingling in a dynamic and joyful rhythm.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
