Please Note: Property has a 3 night min. Brimstone is a duplex apartment situated across the second and third floors. There is a second-floor king-size and two double bedrooms on the third floor, each with Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room. There's a bathroom, a shower room and an open-plan living space encompassing a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. For amenities, there's electric central heating, an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Entertainment includes a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent and a travel cot and highchair are available. Outside there is designated off-road space for two cars, with additional parking nearby. A communal lawned area is also accessible. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. The nearest shop is 2.2 miles away, and a pub is located just 0.4 miles away. There is an extensive selection of eating places to suit everyone, from fine dining to traditional pub food. Ulverston is also well known as a festival town, with events ranging from flags and walking to art and music festivals throughout the summer months and with the renowned Dickensian Christmas festival in late November. It is the birthplace of Stan Laurel and world record holder of the biggest foam pie fight in the world giving a glimpse into the fun community spirited little town. There are excellent walks around the town and beautiful countryside, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay. Home to the deepest, widest and shortest canal, which makes for a lovely afternoon walk with a pub at the end and views over the bay. All of the attractions of the National Park are also easily reached. The Furness Coast boasts sandy beaches and good birdwatching. Nearby family attractions include the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Lakes Windermere and Coniston and popular Birkrigg Common, with its incredible panoramic views across Morecambe Bay.
