On the fully fenced property is a garden house and a jetty on the canal (with gate!).

The first floor is laid out as following:
Through the hall with checkroom and separate guest toilet, you enter the living room with adjoining conservatory and open, modern kitchen (granite worktop, induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher).
Also through the corridor you reach a bedroom for 2 people and an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The first floor is fully tiled.
WLAN is free.

The upper floor has a bathroom with bathtub and WC, as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One with an additional TV and DVD player, the other with a crib and a dresser.
Hall and bedroom have laminate flooring.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed, smoking is also prohibited.
Therefore, the house is suitable for allergy sufferers.

One window per room is equipped with a fly screen.

A wagon, sun beds and a parasol are also available.
