Upon arrival, guests will usually be met and provided with the keys, or, keys will be left in a secure location on site. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours and countryside.

The garden is currently unusable. (its ok for furry friends to stretch their legs)

Please note that the house is located in the South Wales valleys, with steep roads and pavements in some places.

Parking is on a public road outside of the property.

Please always monitor your noise levels. Quiet hours are in place from 10:30pm - 8:00am. We do monitor decibel noise levels.

No parties or unauthorised guests allowed.

No smoking inside the building.

Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages may result in damages fees.
