The holiday home's five bedrooms and loft provide plenty of space to gather family from both east and west for an unforgettable vacation with fun in the pool and activities for both young and old. The holiday home's pool is a full 14 m2 and has both a counter-current system and Roman steps, giving children and older family members easy access to the water. As an added bonus, the pool also has a water slide. The pool room makes this holiday home the obvious choice for a fun family holiday all year round. If the adults need a relaxing moment during the trip, the hot tub and sauna are the obvious place to take a break. If you are a family that loves to compete in competitions and games, you will definitely love the holiday home's activity room. Here you can spend several hours on vacation playing darts, billiards tournaments, and table tennis matches. Holiday meals are prepared in the cottage's delicious kitchen. The open kitchen/living room provides plenty of space for several people to help with the cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen/family room is the cottage's living room. Here you can enjoy both summer and winter evenings with a good movie on TV. On cold winter evenings, the wood-burning stove provides optimal cozy conditions. In the living room, you can also gather around a PlayStation game or a good old-fashioned board game. The outdoor areas at the cottage provide the perfect conditions for enjoyable summer evenings together. The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the fresh air outside, regardless of whether dew or summer rain arrives. Outdoors, you will also find activities for the children. Here they can play together on the play tower or jump around on the sea trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). Payment for consumption and deposit is made at the office.Not available for rental to youth and craft groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
