Mynydd Crwn Bach, Clynderwen
Nestled in picturesque rolling countryside in the heart of Pembrokeshire's iconic National Park, this traditional cottage is located near the owner's hill farm. Centrally located, Mynydd Crwn Bach offers a perfect touring base for exploring Pembrokeshire and is conveniently near the National Cycling Path.
Savour being away from it all at this cottage retreat which makes a great base for touring and walking. 'Bydd na groeso cynnes yn eich aros yn y bwthyn cyffyrddus a chartrefol hwn.' which is Welsh for a 'warm welcome awaits you at this comfortable and homely cottage.'
The area offers fantastic walks along the nearby Preseli hills with incredible coastline views from the rocky peaks. Enjoy refreshments at the café in nearby Maenclochog village.The cottage is ideally situated for walking the spectacular 187 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and for visiting St David's Cathedral City.
To the north is Cardigan Bay, which has more remarkable sea views and dolphin watching. There are great local attractions for all ages to enjoy, which include Folly Farm Zoo, Llys y Fran reservoir, Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber, and Castell Henllys Iron Age settlement.
The nearby Pantmaenog Forest is open to the public and has over 12km of walking, mountain biking and horse riding trails. Maenclochog village is 2 miles away with 2 shops, a post office, and garages, and the cottage is conveniently located for the towns of Narberth, Fishguard, Cardigan, and Haverfordwest.
