Situated in glorious Welsh countryside on the edge of common land , We are a farm with cows, horses and sheep. Direct access to a large area of common ground, there are horses and sheep there, and you can walk and cycle. Also a Dark Skies area. You can bring your own horse to ride in this unspoiled part of Wales with no roads. You can also ride , or walk to a local pub, with some country lanes. Dogs also welcome. There are cows and dogs , the cows can sometimes be a bit noisy. The dogs are friendly, although do bark, it’s their breed!
We are Approx 6 miles from the nearest shop, it’s suggested you buy food before you arrive, to save going out again un necessarily.
Please also note that we do allow dogs in the home, so is not suitable for anyone with allergies. The river Wye is about 4 miles away where you can canoe.
Hay on Wye where the literary festival is held about 9 miles away.
Builth Wells is approx 11 miles where the Royal Welsh Show is held, also other events.
Brecon Beacons are not far, also some caves with a dinosaur park.
