Villa Ovation is located in the Split-Dalmatia County, in the town of Jesenice. It offers a beautiful view of the clear and pristine Adriatic Sea, where you can enjoy exploring the depths of the sea. The villa is ideal for a family vacation or a group of friends looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday. Built in 2022 in a modern architectural style that will attract those with a taste for sophistication, Villa Ovation provides its guests with 260 m2 of living space, while the total property area is 850 m2. It is only 850 meters away from the sea, with a pebble beach nearby, and just 4 km from the nearest town of Podstrana. The villa is fully air-conditioned and accommodates a maximum of 12, optimally 8 people.

On the upper floor, there are 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Each of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, and each room offers a sea view. For additional guests, there are sofa beds for one person (90x200) in two rooms, while another sofa bed for 2 people (140x200) is in another room. On the ground floor, you will find a living room, next to which is a dining area with a dining table for 10 people, and a new fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The kitchen includes a bar with 4 bar stools.

A special delight is the outdoor heated pool measuring 30 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool features jets, and on the terrace, there is an outdoor shower. Next to the pool are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxation, and of course, an outdoor covered dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood barbecue. Every guest will have the opportunity to enjoy complete peace with a beautiful sea view, as the villa is surrounded by greenery.

Additional amenities you can use during your stay include a washing machine, iron, and a separate toilet. If you're traveling with children, a high chair and a baby crib are also available. Villa Ovation is fully fenced, and the courtyard offers 3 private parking spaces.
