Villa "UNIQUE"-luxury residence near SPLIT

Villa „Unique” is a luxury residence built in 2019. It is located in Kučine, the most beautiful suburb of Split, about 9 km from the ancient city of Split. Kučine are famous for their unique Mediterranean surrounding which is reflected in the Villa through the combination of our local and traditional style with elements of contemporary elegance and luxury. According to the oral tradition, Kučine are also known for being the birth place of the Roman Emperor Diocletian.

Villa „Unique“ is a 700m2 estate situated in the peaceful suburb of Split, namely, in the small town Kučine. The city centre and the Diocletian Palace are a 10-minute car-drive away. Kučine are well-known for their oral lore, according to which the Roman Emperor and the builder of the Palace, Diocletian, was born there.
The Villa is suitable for 10 persons. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor.
GROUND FLOOR (100m2) includes: a pool (40m2) of a unique and special design surrounded with a lot of greenery – plants, trees and colorful flowers and a big garden with a barbecue area. Moreover, there is a traditional tavern with an access to the pool, designed by Mr Todorić, a bio-sauna, an equipped gym, a room for entertainment with billiards and darts.
On the FIRST FLOOR (100m2) there is: a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic coast.
On the SECOND FLOOR (100m2) there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have magnificent SEA VIEWS of the islands of Brač and Šolta. All rooms in the villa have air-conditioning, their own bathrooms, LCD televisions as well as underfloor heating.
All bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens, the living room and outdoor sitting area are exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting and carpets. The materials used in the construction of the Villa are: travertine stone, Slavonian oak, porcelain, marble, granite and more.
Guests can enjoy a traditional and specially designed tavern with an indoor fireplace.
Villa "Unique" is proud of its tavern designed by a renowned Croatian interior designer and painter – Mr Todorić.
There are two paintings on the exterior walls, one above the pool depicting Poseidon and the other in the lounge area with Bacchus. The interior walls of the tavern with the painting of “Playful Horses” along with the traditional, Dalmatian tavern are the design of Mr Todorić.
All of these previously mentioned characteristics make the Villa UNIQUE, therefore the name – Unique. It is a truthful reflection of the uniqueness of landscape, its mesmerizing environment with the pool and the overall atmosphere that confirms just how special this place of luxury and sensation, is.
