Déception

Maison sale. Énorme cafard vivant et mort derrière les placards. Ventilateur qui une fois mis en marche laisse tomber de la poussière collante. Manque d’entretien à la piscine. Mauvaise herbe, gazon synthétique avec des bouts de verre. Baie vitré de la grande chambre qui nous reste dans les mains. Pas de verrou sur les portes à l’intérieur (salle de bain , wc , chambre ) La Clim est en réalité seulement dans le salon et très peu efficace… Grosse déception pour le prix payé et malgres dès demandes auprès de l’agence aucunes réponses rien de fait…

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung

Gute, ruhige Lage. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und waren mit dem Auto angereist. Dies ist wichtig wenn man gerne nach Sitges an den Strand oder in die Stadt möchte. Alle wesentlichen Besorgungen können mit dem Rad erledigt werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der der Agentur war super und unkompliziert.

Tolles Objekt ! Toller Ort ! Tolle Betreuung

Wir waren in der ersten August Woche 2021 zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles in einem top Zustand (außer ein paar kleinen Verschleißerscheinungen wie einer nicht schließbaren Zimmertür - oder der nicht mehr ganz grüne Kunstrasen) allerdings sind das im Vergleich zum Gesamtzustand und der Lage wirklich minimale Kleinigkeiten. Im Haus ist man komplett für dich und das ganze Areal ist umzäunt und wirklich privat. Die Kommunikation mir der Agentur war hervorragend - wir hatten zwar nur auf der Hinreise Kontakt aber dieser war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles reibungslos. Der Ort sitges ist wirklich schön mit vielen tollen Stränden und Buchten - selbst ein hundestrand ist 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Promenade von sitges ca 7 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und Supermärkte ebenso. Ein Ausflug nach Barcelona lohnt natürlich auch immer - Wir können dieses Objekt, die Agentur und den Ort sehr empfehlen

Perfect villa holiday

We have just returned from our perfect villa holiday! This was our first time booking a villa and although I was quite apprehensive before we arrived everything went smoothly without any problems. I cannot fault the team at Sitges Hills Villas as they were helpful every step of the way! I recommend that you book your transfers with them too ! We found that the villa had everything you could need and provided you with a very informative booklet full of details such as taxi numbers local supermarkets things to do in the area etc. We didn't hire a car but found it easy to ring taxis into Sitges for our shopping trips to the central Mercadona. The pool area is clean and has plenty of sun loungers too and the pool was cleaned twice by a Spanish pool cleaner who was very friendly and unobtrusive. Must say that all our family enjoyed the villa all the rooms were better than the photos it was so nice having your own pool and we all felt secure too as it had a lockable gate! Would highly recommend this villa !
