Your vacation getaway is clean and fresh with recently installed hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and main level bedroom and was freshly painted throughout. Enjoy the wonderful mountain views from either of the two decks. The upper deck is screened and boasts a patio table, gas grill for preparing your special meal and a private relaxing hot tub with privacy louvers. Disappointed surprise

Pictures are not accurate. Rooms are small and property was not clean at all. Pool table cannot even be used due to it being up against walls in small area. Porch with hot tub is completely screened in and filled with spider webs and dirt. We actually left the cabin a day early and paid for somewhere else. This place needs to be cleaned properly and accurate description needs to be posted. We come to Pigeon Forge quite a few times a year with family and friends and thought we would try a different area and will not be staying with this company again for sure.

pigeon forge is a nice place to visit.

the cabin was not as clean as it should have been. steps need to be fixed. railing going to basement screws are out of. the rooms did not match the pictures on line.

You have bibles in the cabin and I personally appreciate that. It is in a neighborhood and convenient to get into town. All and all was a nice place to stay.

Great weekend!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend together in a beautiful setting; both cabin, neighborhood & cities. Our only wish was to have room around the pool table to actually play, and higher quality of billiards accessories to play with. Everything else was great!

Nice but needs improvements

We were pleased with the size of the cabin but: the listing stated that there was a queen bed and a twin in the 4th bedroom, there was no twin bed, also stated that there was a queen size futon in the sitting room, no futon anywhere! We had 10 people which meant someone sleeping on the couch. Hard to sleep 10 people with 4 beds! The heating system was terrible, you cannot control 3 levels with one unit. IF the main floor was comfortable the bottom floor was freezing and the top floor was roasting. Owner needs to update heating and air.

Problems with the location

The air conditioning did not work very well. The basement was icy and the main level and upstairs were hot and uncomfortable. The Hot Tub has parts breaking off of it, the jets did not work correctly and the hot tub pump was making a horrendous noise. The pool table was in an area where you could not even use the cues correctly due to walls being in the way. And I don’t believe the “owners” of this property ever stay there. This is an investment property ran by a management company. So it should not have been on VRBO.

The kitchen living room area was a little small for eight people

We were a little cramped when all tried to eat at the table and had to get up to get in fridge or sink. Over all it was clean and we had a great time. I feel a small stool should be provided to get into the bed on main floor. It was extremely high. The location to the Main Street and attraction areas was great and although the cabins were close together we hardly saw our neighbors.
