This was our second time staying here. We like that each family has their own bedroom and bath. The grands love the game room! We like the quiet neighborhood and location of this property.
The house was as described in VRBO. Pre check in was a little much. House was clean. Easy to get to from the strip. Had a couple of issue but was taken care of quickly
The home was clean with plenty of amenities. The locaton is great, with no scary roads and close to town. The kids loved playing ping pong at night, it was a big hit! Check in process was easy and we received our code within the promised time frame. Would definitely recommend staying!!
My husband, our three kids, his parents and I all stayed here for a mini getaway. The house was clean and just the way it was described in the listing. The kids absolutely loved the basement with all the different games. It was a very cute house in the perfect location not far from the main road. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was great, and super easy to get to the main road and back to all the atteactions, but honestly we spent one night there just hanging out. Everyone enjoyed the game and theater rooms
This place was very clean, roomy, beautiful, fun, easy to get to, and such a great price! We LOVED this property and would definitely stay again! We had plenty of room, an abundance of towels and blankets, and so much fun in the game room.
We stayed here two nights during our trip to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains National Park. Family of four and two grandparents. Rooms were perfect setup for our crew. Game room was amazing for down time. We didn’t get to use the hot tub (too hot out in August) but it looked great. Only downsides were limited stock of supplies (which we learned on various stays to TN this trip are usual), the living room rug trip hazard (corners are peeling up and caught someone every time) and early checkout (10am comes quick when you’re used to PST). Overall would recommend for a stay in Pigeon Forge with the family.
The rental was just as beautiful and nice as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet but oddly close to everything. Nothing was more than 10 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better stay
Beautiful home, clean, spacious, my family enjoyed the game room. Very close to the main strip. Fireside Chalet was wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Week away
I always search for cleanliness before booking a place. Upon arrive, when I got to the door it wasn’t wiped down and I didn’t think anything of it, opening the door to the first step, the rug was very warn and dirty. I don’t think it had been vacuumed at all between visits, and the cleaning fee is expensive. Next the bathroom trash cans had waste on the inside that hadn’t been wiped down, lots of dirt around baseboards and corners. I know there has to be some type of monthly or quarterly cleaning for the extras. After a terrible night of sleep from what felt like a 20 year old mattress, I examined the pillows that stunk, they had soiled spots on them. Gross! I washed the pillows myself that we slept on. The decorated pillows was another item you could tell needed a fleshing. Location was great, and the size was good for the 4 of us.

Great for kids!
So the stuff that was great…..the layout was great. Our kids enjoyed the game room immensely. Plenty of room for our family.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. The garbage disposal doesn’t work so the kitchen sink was filthy when we arrived with nothing to clean it with, which I emailed a picture to the company with no response. And when we opened the door to the dishwasher, it wreaked of sewage. There were crumbs all over the living room floor, in the couch, and even a chip crunched up on the coffee table under the house manual. The shower in the lower bathroom had mildew that was breaking off when the water hit it. There are no bath mats, so when you open the door to the shower water goes all over the floor. Lots of lightbulbs were out. There was a pair of dirty underwear in the half bath downstairs.
I first want to say the house is a very nice house. The maintenance guys did their best and were very nice. But upon arrival to the house the interior of the main level was at 87 degrees there is no telling what the upper level was at thermostat was set at 75 and no air was on flipped are on turned to 70 degrees and went to dinner early came back to still not cool called cabin company said it has been working but wasn’t sure maintenance man came couldn’t fix it hvac tech came said he could hard start compressor but it could last 10min or 10 days but a new unit was needed so we made it through the night and next day back to 85 on main level.called office another maintenance tech brought window units and when I say come over on the mayflower with the pilgrims I believe they did would barley cool one room.next kicker there is no window in master bedroom so unless you wanted to sleep in a sauna there wasn’t no sleeping in there after the first night.like I said nice house but you would think home would of been checked before putting people in I know things happen but the air had to of been turned off for awhile before we arrived so I’m assuming it had already not been working is why they cut it off downstairs did stay nice and cool though.
