Garden bungalow with
1 bedroom, 1 bath on a beautiful tree/lined street with a full kitchen, 2 patios and laundry. Walkable to brewery and restaurants and a 2 minute drive to the 405 FWY which goes directly to Los Angeles (LAX) Airport, Long Beach Airport and John Wayne (Orange County Airport).

Great home to prepare for busy sightseeing days and rest and rejuvenation at the end of the day.

We are approximately:

25 minutes to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm
30 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles
10 minutes to Downtown Long Beach

10 minutes to our nearest beach and within 30 minutes to beaches south and north of us

45 minutes to Universal Studios

Cute little casita

Super quiet neighborhood in a good location, the house is private with a solo garden sit area but full disclosure there is a camera out there. Didn’t get to spend much time outside because it was abnormally hot while we were there but would rent again. There’s an air conditioner in the house! Nisha was super great to work with, definitely recommend since she’s a great host (plus Bree who helped host while we were there)!

a peaceful spot

Had a quiet five-day stay, a few very minor issues arose but the host was on top of them before I could even mention them. Very communicative at all points. Plenty of amenities, nice fresh towels. Wish I'd had more time to take advantage of the bike! No complaints at all.

Perfect!

We’re visiting family in the area and needed a home base to relax, clean up and sleep. A lot of thought has gone into making the place comfortable. Very clean, lots of little touches like extra chargers and easy to use tv and appliances. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

This is NOT a vacation rental

We needed a place close to LB Memorial Hospital to rest and work while receiving cancer treatments. The unit has plumbing issues, as we were informed by the host a half hour prior to our arrival. A sign posted in the bathroom instructs guests not to flush anything down the toilet, including flushable items. Only single-ply toilet paper can be used. The space is not small, but tiny. A person with more than a narrow frame may have trouble sitting on the toilet, which is wedged between the sink and the wall. There is no sink space. "Sleeps two" means a full bed, not a queen, one side up against the wall. The single seating, a couch, is rock hard. Yes, there is an outside "patio," much smaller than pictured, with straight chairs that are as comfortable as the couch. Doing your own food prep is not really practical (as we intended) with two forks, two knives, two spoons, no garbage disposal, and pans with the non-stick coating flaking off. The area is close to the freeway and noisy. After Day 2, we asked the hosts if they would refund our remaining nights' fees so we could move to comfortable lodging. They refused.

In Long Beach alone, we bike ride on the beach, hike in the hills and paddleboard in the ocean as well as salsa dancing in our neighboring towns.
