A great stay over Christmas for our family of 5. Location ideal as near husband’s mum’s house. Lovely house with very spacious lounge and well equipped. Plus secure garden meant we could take the dog. Kitchen a bit tight for cooking but we knew that and managed. Good bedrooms and bathrooms - sloping ceilings can be a little limiting but give character. Would definitely stay again.

Excellente maison, très bien tenue, très confortable, un environnement très très calme et verdoyant. Un salon très spacieux. Les deux salle d’eau sont impeccables. Un grand jardin avec des arbres qui apportent de la fraîcheur. Une seule réserve qui ne fait pas perdre d’étoile est que les escaliers sont peu adaptés pour des personnes âgées. La maison est topissime pour une famille ou pour des vacances entre amis.

Charmante maison dans un environnement idyllique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison décorée avec gout avec un grand jardin malgré quelques aléas matériels pour lesquels les propriétaires ont été très réactifs L'environnement est idéal (calme, baignade à proximité immédiate, jolies maisons environnantes). Quelques bémols à signaler : -il y a 8 couchages mais l’équipement de la cuisine (couverts de table, chaises) est plutôt pour 4 ou 5 personnes). N.B pas de tire-bouchon, bac à glaçons tout petit... -malgré la ventilation, il restait à notre arrivée une odeur d'humidité dans les pièces en rez de rue qui a disparu avec l'aération et l'utilisation du déshumidificateur mais qui a réapparu par moments -les transats présents sur la photo n'étaient pas disponibles, c'est dommage car le jardin est grand et très agréable.

A l'arrivée erreur sur l'annonce non accueilli par le propriétaire. Accueil fait par une conciergerie dont la mission est de seulement ouvrir la porte. Pas d'eau chaude dû à l'oubli du branchement par domotique du propriétaire. Code d'entrée faux , caméra de surveillance avec micro installée dans le salon (strictement interdit) chambre au sous sol impossible à utiliser (importante odeur d'humidité). Ménage très succinct. Mais le village est très mignon et calme.

Le Minihic sur Rance

Maison bien situé pour les ballades et pas très loin de la Rance. Les plus , le jardin clos et proximité pour les baignades. Les moins sont là cuisine un peu petite pour 7 personnes. Les escaliers raides pour accéder aux chambres. Et les odeurs humidité au sous sol.

Maison agreable pour un sejour, tres bien équipée. Les plus, sont le jardins clos, et la salle de sejour. Les moins sont l' escaliers qui mene a la chambre et salle de bain du sous sol qui est tres "raide", et les odeurs au sous sol. La cuisine est pas tres grande, bien pour 6. Ce nest pas genant de ne pas pouvoir rentrer les vehicules dan la cour, car le parking est attenant au mur de la proprieté donc tout près.

Parfait pour les familles !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location ! Elle est idéalement située, près de la mer pour les balades à pieds et proches des grandes villes comme Dinard et Saint Malo (20-30mn en voiture) La maison est très chaleureuse grâce à la présence du bois, et surtout très bien équipée. La salle de bain et la chambre en entre-sol ont été magnifiquement aménagées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort de cette maison.

Super séjour

Un séjour au top sur la magnifique côte d’émeraude. Le gîte est très confortable et idéalement situé. La cale permets de se baigner même à marée basse ce qui est super. De magnifiques ballades sur les GR34, la baie de saint Malo et Dinard. N’hésitez pas à aller à l’épicerie « la cale gourmande » pour goûter des produits fait maison !
