Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Sea View is a lovely escape for a family in South Wales.

Town: St. Clears is a small town set inland between Carmarthen and the coastal resorts of the Pembrokeshire coast. Great for exploring the South Wales coastline, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and explorers alike. St. Clears hosts a variety of festivals and carnivals throughout the year, and has a number of shops, pubs and eateries, and the mound of the 12th century St. Clears Castle can still be seen. Within a short drive of St. Clears are Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and the Heron's Brook Golfing and Fishing Centre. Visit Tenby, Laugharne Castle, the Dylan Thomas Boathouse and the renowned Botanic and Aberglasney Gardens. In all directions there is easy access to stunning scenery including the Preselli Mountains, the Pembrokeshire coastal path, Gower Peninsula, and the Brecon Beacons. A wonderful base for exploring South Wales, with something for everyone!

We were amazed at how modern and clean the bungalow was with lovely secure garden for our small dog.It did lack a washing machine, kitchen had too much china and glass ware taking up cupboard space so no where for our food, the rubber had perished around most windows letting in drafts, plus both toilet seats need adjusting.We found all the staff we meet to be helpful and friendly.It is very handy for shopping as it is behind the petrol station.

A bit out of the way

This could be a great property but it's located on a busy road although it is set back and fairly quiet and it's showing its usage and age with some of the windows with blown seals and some of the fixtures need sorting out IE toilet seats that slide around and leaking shower. The kitchen is nice but there is no real cupboard space for food.
