Check in kiosk didn't work and we had to stay at another hotel at midnight with our screaming, jetlagged baby. They were responsive the following day and ended up paying for the hotel, but did not compensate us for the additional cab fares or inconveniences. Hot water also didn't work often, though they promptly tried to address it a few times.

San Sebastian ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit zwei Stadtstränden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem belebteren Stadtteil, so dass man in der Nähe ausgehen kann oder in ein paar Minuten zum Strand gehen kann.Der Checkin-Vorgang war ziemlich unpersönlich. Wir bekommen kurz vor Ankunft eine neue Adresse von einem Automaten, bei dem wir die Schlüssel zur Wohnung mittels PIN abholen mussten. Beim Automaten konnte man schlecht parken, was in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung ähnlich war. Öffentliche Parkhäuser gab es in 5-10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß.In dem Ordner zur Wohnung stand eine Menge Sachen, auf die man achten sollte und einige davon hinterlegt mit der Drohung, dass der Vermieter einen fristlos kündigt, wenn man dagegen verstößt. Wir haben uns daher in der Wohnung nicht so recht wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist wirklich so schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern, in den Betten hatten wir aber schlecht geschlafen. Sie passten nicht zur Qualität der restlichen Wohung
