Nine Vail Road Condos are located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $195 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This three bedroom plus loft three bath suite features 1572 square feet of living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great Place for Family

Apartment/Property was great for us. Love the location right on edge of Vail Village. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Indoor/heates parking was a nice bonus. Pool/hot tub was great! Would stay again!

Great Location and Condo

We had a great stay in Vail. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was right on the edge of town with easy access to the Village and a short walk to Gondola One. We had a lot of fun.
