We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great. Easy walk to numerous restaurants on 21st Ave as well as to the Vanderbilt campus. The host was great to work with on this rental. Highly recommend.

Property was very clean, had nice decor and two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was great and responsive. The only issue we had was that the upstairs tenants could be heard walking around very loudly, and they happened to stay up extremely late and wake up early, making it hard to sleep. Also could use more comfortable seating in living room.

We were vacationing with friends in Nashville and this apartment was in the perfect location for what we were planning on doing. The location had a great walkable neighbourhood, short bus ride to Broadway. We would definitely book this apartment again.

The place was adorable and very clean. It was closed to many stores and restaurants. We were also a quick Uber ride to the Strip on Broadway in Nashville. Perfect stay.

In Nashville for baseball at Vandy. Loved being able to park out front & leave the car for days. Walked to restaurants, shops, grocery store, campus & nearby park. Property looked just like photos & was well equipped.

The property was very nice and located in a great area-around the corner from Hillsboro Village. Two drawbacks were no television in either bedroom and the living room could use another chair, especially if you have guests come to visit. My wife and I were at the property for 28 days so if you were to stay for a shorter amount of time, these inconveniences may not be inconveniences to you. Lastly, we were staying on the bottom floor and we found it noisy but manageable when other guests were staying on the second floor. Overall, I would give this experience 4.5 stars.

Doctor visit

We booked this place for the convenience of getting to Vanderbilt Medical. This place is as located down the street making it very easy for travel. Nice places to eat and shopping within walking distance.
