It is beautiful, very contemporary and in a perfect location for exploring Ascoli Piceno! The hosts have considered everything to make your stay enjoyable and provided lots of information for exploring, they were available by a quick text to answer any questions…we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back❤️❤️❤️

The apartment is lovely and sparkling clean. The location is perfect. We could walk to everything in beautiful Ascoli and it was so calm that we could listen to the birds chirping in the little courtyard. The owner was responsive. The WiFi wasn’t working and the shower wouldn’t drain - neither could be fixed during our stay but the owner seemed responsive. We can’t say enough good things about Ascoli - try the restaurant Figli D. It was phenomenal and an amazing value. We think they must be trying for a Michelin star.

We’re really happy that, even during your short stay, you could enjoy the charm and peaceful atmosphere of Ascoli Piceno. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience with the WiFi and the shower drainage. Unfortunately, both issues were due to external technical problems beyond our control: the WiFi was affected by a provider outage, and the drainage required a technician’s intervention. Despite our immediate efforts, it wasn’t possible to fix them during your stay. We truly care about offering a high-quality experience, as reflected in our previous reviews, and we hope to welcome you again for a longer and even more comfortable stay.
