The apartment and its large terrace is located behind the Palace and the Theatre: the tower and the steeples of the six churches in the historic town centre measure up to the beautiful landscape, which has different colours in each season. The studio apartment is at the fourth floor of an old building. The breath-taking terrace is the true marvel of the apartment: here you are above the roofs, you can dominate the old city and embrace a panorama that includes the wonderful Marche countryside to the mountains of the Marche and Abruzzo, here you can soak up the sun in complete privacy and have breakfast watching Santa Maria della Rocca or dinner at sunset, while the first lights of the Piazza del Popolo turn on. The apartment has recently been renovated using carefully chosen materials, finishes and quality furniture; you can find privacy, comfort, quality and attention to detail.


Offida is one of the 22 "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy" in the Marche: the Churches, Monuments, Museums, enchanting landscapes, an excellent food and wine culture, ancient crafts, crafts, squares and Churches are witnesses of a historical heritage ancient, which reaches up to the 9th century BC C.
The medieval alleys hide surprising views, craft shops, trattorias and restaurants where you can enjoy the variety of typical local dishes.
Bobbin lace making is of very ancient origin; still today, in summer, women work in the street, outside the door of the house to find refreshment and chat with the others while the threads intertwine.
Offida boasts great wealth of gastronomic tradition linked to seasonality and the territory. Ascoli olives, vincisgrassi, chichiripieno will make you get up from the table reconciled with the world.

The Convent of San Francesco hosts the Regional Enoteca of the Marche that collects the wines produced in the Marche region; here you can enjoy the best production of Marche wines within the ancient rooms or on the panoramic terrace. There are 35 wineries in the Piceno area, as many as 3 Docg (Offida Passerina, Offida Pecorino and Offida Rosso) and 5 Doc. Passerina is a fragrant, simple, very pleasant, floral and fruity wine.
Due to its geographical position, located between the Adriatic Sea (fifteen minutes away there are San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare, with their wide beaches flanked by hundreds of palm trees) and the Monti Sibillini and Laga Parks (a few minutes away car), Offida is the ideal starting point for day trips and to visit the main historic cities of Piceno and central Italy and the small villages of medieval origin.
