-Fully Equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge and everything you could need; Blender, grater, chopping board, kettle, etc.
master room with double bed 150 cms., Cupboard and also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
-Spacious Bathroom with vanity to keep personal belongings; Has washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo and bath gel.
Secondary -room with single bed of 180 cm (just recommend for kids) and fitted wardrobes. Moreover accounts iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

All towels and linen are included in the price.

-The apartment is located in a residential building. At night, loud noise is forbidden as the neighbors rest needs to be respected by all guests.
-In case your stay is focussed on Barcelona’s night life, we would suggest you to look for another type of accommodation, as our place follows to support a Barcelona cultural and leisure stay.
-At the moment of your arrival, as the regulations of Barcelona Tourism Industry requires it, every guest should fill a small form, adding his full name and passport number.
-Let’s be respectful with our environment and help us turning off the lights when you are leaving the flat. Also, please do not turn on the A/C with the windows open and please turn off A/C if you are going out the flat.
-We expect our guests to leave the apartment in normal cleaning conditions, without trash bags on the kitchen or dirty dishes on the sink. Trash bags should be taken out the apartment and placed on the trash containers located on the street, in the corner of the building. If not, a charge of 20 euros will be made for the extra cleaning time.
In case of smoking inside the apartment , there is a extra cost of 100€ for the use of the ozone machine disinfect.
