Kihei is located on the Southeast part of Maui, 20 minutes from the airport. The Kihei area has the best swimming beaches, consistently pleasant weather with accessibility to shopping or quiet getaways. Imagine looking at a stunning view every morning from your lanai, what a way to start your day. This bright yet cool, 1 bedroom condo is close to grocery stores, health food, souvenir and clothing shops, and great gourmet and economy restaurants. Snorkeling, surfing and windsurfing are all nearby. There are 4 championship golf courses within minutes of the condo. Your spacious living room has newly installed bamboo floors. Beds include 1 King, and a queen size pull out sofa bed. The resort complex has 2 pools, 6 gas BBQ grills, outside after swim shower, and beautiful tennis court all onsite. The pool area also has an eating area with sink, fridge, and vending machine for soda's. Fabulous for cooking your steak dinner, and enjoying it in the beautiful surroundings. Unit is equipped with washer/dryer, air conditioned living room, linens, dishwasher, and internet access.

Easy Living

Simply, but tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean, functional bathroom. Nice living space. Enjoyable view of the grounds and ocean from the lanai. Liked the art choices. Quiet unit, convenient to elevator. Great location, close to beach. Near good selection of dining choices within easy walk or short drive. Felt like home, only better weather! Kihea is a delightful town to vacation in. Maui itself offers both active and passive opportunities for those who are adventurous, or just like to relax. I loved the gardens around the apartment and the sound of the birds. We enjoyed a drive into the hill country and the Botanical Gardens. We also liked the Wetland Wildlife Sanctuary, though it was a little short of water this time of year.

Very responsive property manager

I had a few minor issues and they quickly addressed them. Unit's A/C needs some service as it would not cool the unit well. Other than that, everything was great.
