New listing for 2024. Lovely well equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus downstairs cloakroom) villa with private pool (option to have it heated at extra cost April to October). In addition, there is a sauna which guests can use (at extra cost). Located centrally on the resort but on a quiet road. The villa is within easy walking distance of the resort bars and facilities and also to the additional bars and restaurants on the Boulevard, just outside of the resort. Alternatively you can drive or take a taxi to Los Alcazares or Los Narejos where you will find the beaches and many more restaurants.

A beautiful villa that was spotless and had everything you needed. The villa is furnished to a high standard and had a lovely outdoor area with a fab pool. The property manager was really helpful and tried to accommodate an early arrival which I was very grateful for.

Amazing stay in a beautiful villa

We had such a lovely stay in this modern homely villa, communication with the property manager was brilliant before and during our stay and the villa is like a home from home. Perfect for any families looking to stay in the area. Our holiday flew by and we were all sad to leave and will hopefully be back in the future. I can highly recommend staying here.

Great Holiday

Lovely villa, great location and in the sun practically all day, swimming pool brilliant as temperatures were high. Good location, but I would say a car is essential as there is a lot to see and visit, Cabo de Palos and Cartagena being just two. We enjoyed the Boka restaurant well within walking distance best fillet steak ever.

Lovely villa with a fabulous kitchen and views of the golf. Purse from the upstairs terrace. Felt like a home rather than a holiday rental. The garden area and pool are great with an electric awning to get some shade. It’s a lovely, quiet resort with a hotel in the centre and a supermarket. The villa is 5 mins from the hotel and a 10-15 min walk to the supermarket. If you don’t have a car, Mercadona deliver and you can order from the UK for your first big shop. It worked perfectly for us! Communication with Sue before and during our holiday was great. Would recommend the villa.

Yvonne chose to purchase her home in the sun in this area as she likes the outdoor life, so the climate in this area is perfect and she also likes to visit all the markets that are on offer in the various towns. She also enjoys the Spanish cuisine.
