This attractive 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the popular resort of Duquesa Suites. The holiday resort is wonderful for families due to its facilities which include three large swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, spacious tropical gardens, BBQ areas and 24 hour security. The Duquesa Courtyard which is home to a handful of restaurants, bars and general stores is a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is well furnished making a wonderful inviting and homely ambience in the property. It is well equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in every room. Both the master bedroom and lounge have access to the large private terrace. The terrace is partially covered and enjoys beautiful views across the garden and the Mediterranean sea.

It was a great stay for the price. However, the beds were not comfortable at all. I had blue spots after 2 days on my spine resulting from the metal on the beds. Other than that, highly recommend!

Brilliant place - owner was so helpful and obliging .. even when my son left money in the apartment, he sent it back to us via bank … apartment was just lovely , quiet , had everything you need and just that wee bit more . Views were lovely , location was lovely and gardens etc so well kept. I would definitely go back

Fabulous family holiday

We had a magical summer holiday in this apartment! The complex was very secure and the apartment was clean, spacious, cool, well stocked, with beautiful garden and sea views. There was everything in the apartment that you could need for your stay & there are a lovely selection of pools (X1 children's pool and X2 large pools) that are a short walk away, as are restaurants and bars within a little square 5 minutes walk away. The beach and port area with an extensive selection of restaurants and bars are under a 15 mins walk. Things to note: we asked for WiFi instructions upon arrival and the host was incredibly responsive. We would love to return and make more memories at this friendly complex in a fantastic location. A huge thank you to the host!

Lovely quiet property

Location was above the town of Duquesa with a 15 minute walk down into the main port area. Steep hill on return. Gated complex with underground parking was very secure. Property was ideal for two people. Would struggle for more as not enough storage in wardrobes most locked and small bedroom contained bedding leaving no storage space. In main bedroom only one wardrobe usable rest looked. Complex beautifully maintained gardens. Could not use pool due to a water shortage. Closed by authorities. Good base to explore the are. Close to a number of golf courses. Instructions for arrival could have included more detail of what to do rather than what not to do. For instance plug boiler in and switch on for hot water. Turn fridge up to turn on. Overall pleased with our stay.

El apartamento está muy bien, el propietario muy amable, no habla Español pero nos hemos entendido bien por WhatsApp, puedes aprovechar la fabulosa terraza para desayunar y cenar, al medio día se está mejor dentro, por la noche se duerme genial, el complejo muy chulo 3 piscinas dos las cierran a las 18 y la más grande a las 21, tiene una zona para sacar a los perros, para ir andando a la playa un poco lejos para mi gusto, hay playas chulas, hemos estado genial, ☺️

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in schöner Anlage

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage, zu der nur die Bewohner Zugang haben. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für die Hunde gibt es einen kleinen eingezäunten Weg innerhalb der Anlage. Das Apartment selber ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren 2 Monate da und haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen recht wohl gefühlt. Leider war die Wohnung, als wir ankamen nicht sauber. Die Toiletten waren verschmutzt, in den Badezimmer Eimern war Müll, das Geschirr war teilweise sehr schmutzig und in der Badewanne war noch Schmutz. Das ist sehr Schade, da wir für die Endreinigung bezahlen müssen und entsprechend auch ein sauberes Apartment erwartet hätten. Außerdem ist es leider der erste Eindruck den man hat wenn man nach langer Anreise ankommt und dann erst einmal das Apartment putzen muss. Der Vermieter hat sich dafür bei uns entschuldigt.

Es un lugar estupendo para descansar. La casa está genial con todas las comodidades y una terraza que invita a desayunar y cenar todos los días. Toda la urbanización está súper cuidada y las piscinas están muy cuidadas y limpias. La gente que lo cuida es muy amable. Con la propiedad la comunicación es muy buena y te indica en cada momento lo que necesites.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr schöne Anlage. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist leider etwas mehr wie 300 und auf dem Rückweg mit einem steilen Berg aber auch der Strand und der Hafen waren super zu erreichen.

Everything we needed!

This apartment has everything needed for a lovely holiday, from a kitchen with all utensils to comfy Loungers and a nice table outside to eat dinner on. It was clean and tidy. The only thing we missed was wifi but we were easily able to hire a portable wifi unit from a shop in Duquesa Marina called Roadrunner.

Wow! Air conditioned. Shutters on qundows. Fully equipwd. Brilliant pools and geounds. 24hr staff on complex. You can walk to the port/town/beach. Great restaurants (especially il Capitano!). You can relax in the shade under a tree and enjoy this beautiful exotic garden, even smell the coloured flowers and watch your children playing. This atmosphere gives the feelling this garden is entirely yours.

You will feel secure because our apartment has a 24 hours surveillance and the resort of Duquesa Suites is manned by two quards the whole yaer around. From the terrace you look at a vast beautifully landscaped garden, which is immediately accessible from your terrace.
