This property was incredible, I was skeptical it was too good to be true, but it was actually better than expected. Indoors and outdoors are spacious, comfortable, and filled with interesting art and objects. Bedrooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, were all clean and very comfortable. Serious kitchen and indoor/outdoor grills for cooks. The town is quaint—with a small market, chocolate shop, and bar—and people were very friendly. It was easy to tour around Girona and Costa Brava from Bordils. Lastly, Sergio was a great host with lots of great suggestions for our stay. Note to foreign travelers: a new Spanish law requires hosts to collect lots of individual data from guests, which seemed intrusive at first but is unavoidable regardless of where you stay.
