Lovely One Bed Apartment in Hip End of Temple Bar

Summary:

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located City Centre base.

A one bedroom apartment centrally situated at the hip end of Temple Bar just off Dame Street beside Dublin Castle.

In excellent condition with a small balcony overlooking onto cool, pedestrianised Cows Lane.

Situated on the 1st floor, comprising entrance hallway, open plan living/dining/kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom. There is access to an attractive internal courtyard.

Unfortunately due to Management Rules, we cannot host Pets at this property.

The Neighborhood:

Temple Bar is one of Dublin's prime entertainment districts where you will find an array of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops along with a host of cultural landmarks with art galleries, theatres and Dublin Castle all surrounding the property. St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and Henry Street are all within short walking distance and also nearby are Trinity College Dublin, Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and Heuston Station.

The area is well serviced by regular bus routes and the LUAS is also within a few minutes' walk.
