A typical detached small house in the historic centre of Maranola di Formia, measuring approximately 70 sqm, on 3 levels, connected by an internal staircase with a roof garden measuring approximately 65 sqm on the first level. The house consists of a ground floor with kitchenette and fireplace, dining area and a small bathroom with sink, toilet and washing machine. On the second level is the living room with a double sofa bed and access to the pleasant terrace with flowerbeds and trees and a lovely little balcony overlooking the alley. On the third attic level is the spacious double bedroom with window and 2 skylights in the roof and a bathroom with large shower.
The vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and original period floors make the house particularly suitable for a clientele that appreciates the quality of traditional spaces and the charm of old dwellings.
A perfect solution if you love the tranquillity of ancient villages. Its strategic position makes it an ideal destination for lovers of the sea, trekking and mountains. In fact, just a few kilometres by car you can reach the beaches of Formia, where you can enjoy water sports, and Gaeta, perfect for enjoying the sun with its well-equipped bathing establishments; from Maranola, moreover, numerous trekking paths lead to the Monti Aurunci.
Please note: The house, within the ancient village, can only be accessed on foot, by moped or bicycle. Free parking 500 metres from the house.
