Parking right outside made it easy to come and go as I pleased. The villa's open kitchen allowed me to cook when I wanted, and being so close to Venice made day trips simple. Restaurants within walking distance were a nice bonus, offering local flavors without hassle. Plenty of scenic walking routes nearby as well.
