The UHC LA CUMBRE 055 will exceed all your expectations. Cozy and very practical.
It is located just a 5-minute walk from Playa dels Capellans and Playa de LLevant and just steps away from the tourist center with all services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and entertainment venues. You can walk everywhere and discover everything that Salou has to offer for a memorable stay.
Playa dels Capellans has the Blue Flag certification and is perfect for families with children, with a very familiar atmosphere and a playground shaded by pine trees, in case they get tired of the sun.
DISTRIBUTION:
- Living dining room with a good-sized corner terrace overlooking the street. Equipped with air conditioning. It has a sofa bed for a 5th person.
- Main bedroom with a double bed.
- Children's bedroom with bunk beds.
- Well-equipped kitchen.
- Bathroom with shower.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- No groups accepted. Exclusive for families.
- 2 air conditioning units: one in the living room and another in the hallway to cool the bedrooms.
- The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, although in terms of height it is considered a first floor/mezzanine.
- Closed community area for your peace of mind.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection.
