The Apartment EL BUEN RETIRO is a charming and cosy studio located in the Cap Salou area. Just 5 minutes walk from the famous Cala Crancs Beach. In high season, you will find all kinds of services, shops, and restaurants in the surroundings. There are bus stops, making it easy to reach Salou, Cambrils or Tarragona.



At the foot of the building runs the Camí de Ronda de Salou. A route that skirts the coast from Els Pilons to the Cap Salou lighthouse. It is a beautiful trail that you cannot miss and where you will be able to enjoy impressive views from the numerous viewpoints.

Maximum capacity for 2 people. It is distributed as follows:

- Hall-reception area with a bunk bed.

- Bathroom with shower.

- A single living-dining room with an open kitchen and a fold-down double bed in the living room furniture. There is a ceiling fan.

- Terrace with sea views.



TO HIGHLIGHT:

- Ideal for couples looking for a holiday in a quiet area.

- Seasonal communal swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

The views were beautiful. Comfortable apartment. Felt safe. Great location near to beach. Leaving the keys in a key safe on arrival. Very basic kitchen equipment. No pool sunbeds.

La vue du balcon La plage a proximité Être a l' écart de la ville mais pas trop Peut être avoir la climatisation ou au pire un store ou au minimum un parasol sur le balcon,en plein soleil,trop chaud pour déjeuner le midi. Surtout bien précisé l' accès au logement par des escaliers, beaucoup d' escaliers,trop d' escaliers ,il faut une bonne condition physique pour les monté et descendre plusieurs fois par jour,de plus pas de place de parking donc au petit bonheur la chance pour ce garé sans prendre de contravention et un peu de marche a prévoir en plus.

Pas de climatisation !!

Vue magnifique appartement spacieux mais vétuste mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Manque le minimum : sel poivre huile vinaigre… Une chaleur atroce plus de 30 degrés pas de climatisation impossible de dormir dans ces conditions et absolument aucune solution proposée par l’agence malgré plusieurs appels Inadmissible de louer un appartement sans Clim à ce tarif là

Le manque de climatisation (comme indiqué dans l'annonce) en période de chaleur exceptionnelle, comme celle que nous avons eue récemment, est effectivement un inconvénient, et nous comprenons à quel point cela a pu être inconfortable. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas de solution rapide à proposer pour le moment, mais nous allons discuter avec le propriétaire de la possibilité d'installer un climatiseur. Concernant les produits de base comme le sel, le poivre, l'huile et le vinaigre, nous fournissons un kit de bienvenue avec les essentiels, mais les produits alimentaires de ce type ne sont pas inclus pour des raisons de durabilité. Nous prenons vos commentaires très au sérieux et les utiliserons pour améliorer nos services à l'avenir. Vistas espectaculares, entorno montaña/playa

La ubicación tranquila, montaña y playa. Ser más explicito en la descripción, muchas escaleras, no apto para personas mayores, cuestas muy empinadas, baño con olores a tubería y el pasillo hace de dormitorio infantil....

Lamento el olor a tubería, sé que es desagradable, pero es algo que no podemos controlar, lo notificamos al departamento de limpieza para que esté pendiente.
