This new detached property has a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with large double oven, smart TV with surround sound, corner sofa, American style fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, two bathrooms (1 is an en-suite), large hallway with ample storage, a garden, decking area with seating off the kitchen and two parking spaces (we just ask that you leave enough room for our neighbours to be able walk up the side). There is also fast fibre-optic broadband and zonal gas central heating throughout.

In the next ‘burbs of Montpellier & St. Werburghs there's an amazing organic food supermarket, newsagents, post office, a park and several fun pubs and breweries. Just over the road is a number of fields and woods, a lake and a park which makes for really nice walks and bike rides/runs.

The house is just off the Muller Road and M32, it's close to Cabot Circus shopping centre (30 min walk) & 3 minute walk to Eastgate Retail Park, which has: 24hr Tesco superstore (plus petrol), IKEA, Boots, Halfords, PureGym, Pets at Home, KFC, Burger King and M&S.

Cabot Circus (1.5 miles away), Temple Meads (2.3 miles away), Filton, Gloucester Road (1 mile away) and many other parts of Bristol are easily accessible with bus stops conveniently right outside the house.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
