About this property

5 bed terraced family home Bristol w parking

Lovely terraced Victorian family house in Brislington, Bristol, on the main bus route, 2 miles from the centre of Bristol. Fully kitted kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, electric hob and electric oven. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility room. It comes with off-street parking for two small cars via a little rear parking lane accessed from sandy park road bs4.

3 generous-sized, high-ceiling bedrooms, one large attic bedroom (which is a playroom), with a kitchen diner and two receptions on the ground floor, a study and a lounge. The study has a table that can be used for work, but also can be used as an additional ground-floor bedroom if needed, making five bedrooms in total.

The location is fantastic, with a walk score of 82 most things are within reach on foot. The house is across the road from the lovely Arno's Manor Park, which also joins the Arno's Vale Cemetery. 40 acres of scenic woodland and historic gravestones..

Drive Parking
The parking space is to the rear of the house, accessed via a narrow parking access lane which opens onto Sandy Park Road. There's room for two small cars or one large transit van. Whilst big vans are able to make it up and down there regularly, nervous drivers can always find on-street parking nearby in adjacent roads.

Why they chose this property

Bristol is one of the best places to live in the UK. We came to the city for university but never wanted to leave. Bristol has a rich history, with landmarks such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the SS Great Britain, and the Bristol Cathedral that are significant cultural and historical sites. The city also has a thriving art and music scene, with numerous galleries, theaters, and music venues. Bristol is known for its green spaces, including parks such as Brandon Hill, Castle Park, and Victoria Park. Additionally, the city is home to many independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, which contribute to its unique character and make it a great place to explore and discover. In terms of employment opportunities, Bristol has a strong economy, with many industries such as aerospace, technology, and media. The city is also home to several universities, including the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England, which attract students from around the world. Overall, Bristol has much to offer, and it's no wonder that many people find it a desirable place to live.

What makes this property unique

This old house was our first home when we got married. She is filled with beautiful memories and a lot of love. She fell into disrepair during the height of the lockdowns of the pandemic but now we're slowly bringing her back to her former glory. She has many imperfections, as old houses do, but she will take good care of you during your stay. Please treat her with love and kindness. Thank you!
