The property has free street parking all week/weekend.
A spacious and freshly modernised mid-terrace Victorian house with stone bay windows. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms the house is well geared towards families, professionals and larger groups looking for a quiet base in Bristol.
Situated on a small residential street between Kingswood and St George, guests can enjoy quick and easy transport links into Bristol's city centre whilst enjoying a relaxing retreat with TVs and internet every room, a sizable common area and large garden.
The property is comprised of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet, and a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge area.
Four of bedrooms have double beds while the fifth bedroom has a sizeable day bed with a pull out option to create a double bed in the fifth bedroom. Three of the rooms have private ensuite facilities with showers while the remaining two share their own bathroom which consists of a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
All bedrooms are fitted with desks, televisions, WiFi and Cat 5 ethernet ports to enable leisure and work in privacy. All bedrooms are fitted with blinds and four of them also have curtains.
Access to the house is with a key accessible through a button coded key safe located by the front door. This allows guests to arrive at anytime without having to coordinate with the host.
All external doors have thumb-turn locks on the inside. This means the key can be left in the lock box at all times. This reduces the risk of losing keys and the headache of collecting them from fellow guests at the end of the stay.
Belfry House is located in a quiet no-through residential road just off the A420.
For amenities, a Tesco Express is a 2 minute walk away.
Scenery wise, visit Troopers Hill Park just a ten minute walk away. At the bottom of the hill you will find yourself at the River Avon which despite being in the city, has a green country feel. A public foot path runs along side the river enabling you to enjoy a peaceful and refreshing stroll or run. You could even follow it all the way to the inner city.
Local transport is plentiful. This allows you to leave your car in the free streetside parking throughout the neighbourhood and enjoy easy and swift public transport into the city.
Just 2 minutes away and right outside Tesco is the Glen Park Bus stop. The Bus leaves here every 20 minutes on a direct 17 minute route to the city centre. For accurate timings and live information on the bus network, install the First Bus App.
For the more adventurous, a Voi Scooter collection and drop off point is just a single minute's walk away on the junction of Bellevue and Bell Hill Roads. Install the Voi App to make use of these.
This house is perfect for professionals, families (including with young children) and large quiet groups looking to explore and enjoy Bristol with a a quiet base to go back to.
