Modern villa with pool, garden, mountain views and barbecue.:
Beautiful modern villa with pool, garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a guest toilet on the ground floor. Large windows to the pool, barbecue area with table to eat outside in the garden. Nice living/dining room with fireplace and air-conditioning, heating throughout the house. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed. Living room with incredible mountain views, master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom on the first floor. Parking is possible inside the property under the pergola.

It is in a very quiet area, very close to the motorway, 30 mins from the Costa Tropical, 30 mins from Granada and 50 mins from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
