Fantastic rural house in Nigüelas

Elegant family house located in the center of Nigüelas with pool and terrace.
This house is located two minutes from the main square and there are supermarkets, bakeries and bars a few meters away by foot. It has a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area on the ground floor terrace, with a large seating area on the first floor terrace with stunning views of the mountains.
It has a fully equipped modern kitchen. The house consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 of them have double beds and en-suite bathrooms and the other bedroom has 2 single beds with its own bathroom. Central heating throughout the house and wood stove heating in the winter.
The pool will be available in the summer months, ask for opening and closing dates before confirming. We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent.ESFCTU000018011000367337000000000000000VTAR/GR/031206
