We came for a summer wedding and were very pleased with the whole stay. The townhouse is as advertised. Plenty of space. Very well stocked kitchen. I appreciated the extra towels in the bathrooms. There is a free shuttle that runs from the entrance to the townhouse to River Run Village which we utilized both to and from the wedding pickup. It’s approximately 1/2 mile walk to the village but don’t know how easy that would be in full ski gear. Hot tub available on back porch with towels(!). Overall great location and stay.

Perfect Girl's Trip House!

House was perfect. We loved the layout; a bathroom and bedroom on each floor! The private hot tub was the selling point for us.

Location!

Unbeatable location steps to the Mountain House base. Mattresses could use an upgrade but overall a great stay and would stay again.

We had a great stay

Love the layout for 2 or even 3 families. It worked well for us. My only complaint is that we couldn't get the internet to work. The views are amazing. Within walking distance to a coffee shop/pub. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very well-maintained and clean. Very close to the Peru lift. a little far to walk in ski boots in my opinion, but I did see others walking to the lift in their ski boots. The host was very responsive to text message. Overall was a great stay and I would recommend this.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was clean, spacious and cozy. The proximity to the ski lifts was great. Just a short walk to Peru express. The house has a nice kitchen. House was well positioned by the Mountain House lift. It does require a short walk to reach the lift. Only complaint was that the hot tub was hot but the jets were malfunctioning.

An absolute gem!!

The location of this property is OUTSTANDING! Walking distance to the gondola or the Peru Express lift. The place itself was exactly what we needed. We had two families of four with room to spare. Heated garage. Fireplace that heats the entire condo. Hot tub! Can’t beat this place!

Great location

Great place, very convenient to slopes. Second floor heat was not functional but space heaters were provided. Hot tub was over chlorinated. Couple light bulbs out but nothing major. Great time was had by all. Cheers

Convenient and Clean!

This property was a four minute walk to the slopes! It was awesome!!! It was a great layout for our family. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom. One son and his family were upstairs and the other son and his family were downstairs. The only thing lacking was the heat in the middle floor bedroom was broken. I think it must have been for a while because there was a space heater in the closet to be used. Otherwise it was a great property. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Don’t clean with Lysol! The inside of the frig was also cleaned with it. Terrible smell.

Every time we opened the frig the smell of Lysol came out. Many things need repair and clean/ attention. Disappointing compared to other units in the complex.

The location of the condo was great, the size was ample for a larger group but we chose this place (bigger than we needed) for the private hot tub. The hot tub was clean and in working order; however, the patio furniture was too dirty to sit or eat on and needs cleaned. My husband had to sweep the back patio so we could go outside barefooted to get in the hot tub, since there were so many pine cones and needles, ouch! The inside of the condo was tidy and clean enough, but could definitely use a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. The WiFi did not work for our entire stay, but the property manager was responsive and gave us a fair discount for the inconvenience. All in all, I would recommend this condo but not sure I would choose to stay there again.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, we’re glad you enjoyed the location and the private hot tub! We’re sorry to hear about the patio condition and WiFi issues during your stay. While some outdoor factors are beyond our control, we’ve since addressed the patio cleanliness and scheduled a deep clean of the kitchen to enhance future guest experiences. We're also glad our team was able to respond promptly and offer a fair resolution. We appreciate your recommendation and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back for an even smoother stay.
