This huge 1-bedroom penthouse condo boasts two oversized private balconies, soaring 12-foot ceilings, a separate bunk area, and the best view of the Mountain House slopes of any SkyRun condo! Make yourself at home in the living room with windows on 3 sides to soak in the glorious sun and the stunning views of the ski slopes and both Loveland and Montezuma passes. Curl up on the plush sofa and recliner and enjoy the flat screen TV or watch skiers on the slopes from the balcony. The well-appointed full kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home and serving a family of 6 at the dining room table. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and private bath. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination and has plenty of space for everyone to get ready for their ski day. The bunk room features two Pullman-style Murphy twin beds, perfect for a space saving child's room! In the living room we have a great sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and no bar. Walk only 3 minutes to the lifts from 2796 Slopeside. After a long day of skiing, ease your muscles in one of the 2 hot tubs with spectacular views of the slopes. The underground heated parking garage, ski locker, and free wireless internet are included in your stay.

Great location. Easy access to lockers, slopes, hot tub, and Mountain House areas. Easy check-in/out. Kitchen serviceable if you like to cook like we do. Our only complaint is comfort. The master bed is awful and the living room is a bit stiff. A new mattress and some more comfy furniture would go a long way in this unit. We spend the majority of our time skiing and in the hot tub, so would be nice to return to a bit more comfort!

We loved the location, very short walk to the Peru Express lift. Parking was great, rental equipment available in the building next door. The only frustration was that the sheets did not fit the extra pull-out bed. We made it work, not a huge deal. We will stay again!

The unit is very well located across from the Peru lift and Mountain House. The furnishings and appliances are perfect for a ski vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. The view from the living room balcony is great, looking up the slopes and mountains. Can't say enough...

Great location in the quieter, more accessible Mountain House base. Love the new lockers in Slopeside and underground garage. This unit was very nice and bright with many nice updates. Coin op washer/dryer just steps from unit. Great views and plenty of space for a family of 4 and drop ins, lunches, hot cocoa with friends and family also skiing Keystone. Short walk to Peru lift.

Walk to beginners area and to Peru lift. Mountain House nearby also. This is not a two bedroom. It has a room built off the kitchen/living room that walls do not extend to ceiling, has limited space and uses two fold out bunk beds. Unit was cozy and had everything needed. Heat worked well, hot water available all times, quiet location.

Comfortable and great location

Overall it was great. We noticed when we first arrived that there were no coffee filters, I called guest services and someone brought up a bunch within in an hour! Was comfortable, well lit, plenty of hot water, heat worked well, good enough kitchen, great views, amazing location. The 2nd bedroom, was truly a "nook", the walls did not extend to the ceiling, so to get our 4 year old son to go to bed, everyone had to go to bed (turn off lights and TV in the main space). The pillows in main bedroom were flat and hard. Overall we had a great stay, and would book it again (though would bring our own pillows!)

Great condo

Fantastic location, very nice property. Our family of six (ages 11-18) had a great stay here. We brought an air mattress and put one teen on the floor in the living room. We are all our meals in the condo and had great times of hanging out in the evenings after skiing during the day. Rented our ski equipment from Keystone sports- less than a minute away. About a 3 minute walk to the Peru lift. Ski lockers are super convenient. Good communication from mgmt. Not fancy, but comfortable. (Master bed not so great.) Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator didn't work daily. Was fixed each day but broke again every day.

Should let the customer know that you will be on the third floor with broken elevator,before you rent the property.
