With a master bedroom, a living area featuring a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, it accommodates up to 4 guests, making it ideal for small families or groups.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The modern bathroom includes a shower and all necessary amenities.

Additional features include air conditioning throughout the apartment, heating via heat pumps and radiators, Wi-Fi, and all necessary items for a comfortable stay, including bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, and a disinfected cleaning kit.

- Comfortable apartment measuring 45 square metres, with a ceiling height of 180 cm in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist stays. Reservations are only accepted for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in guests not being permitted to stay at the property.
