The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a single bed. Additionally, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, coffee, and a sanitised cleaning kit.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private parking, and a storage room within the apartment.

For destinations farther away, we recommend using your car; otherwise, reliable bus services and taxi options are readily available.

In our accommodation, it’s unusual to hear outside noise, but due to its unbeatable location, you may occasionally hear some noise from outside caused by foot traffic.

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen issues arise that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
