The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

The living room is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

The bathroom includes basic toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo, towels, toilet paper, etc.

The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 people.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private car park.

The amenities provided include bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, as well as coffee and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

To get around the Sabiñánigo area, you can use the local bus service that connects to different towns and nearby ski resorts.

You can get around the village on foot or by car if you want to visit nearby places such as ski slopes.

If you want to get around the village, you can do so on foot or by bike.

To get to the nearby ski resorts, you’ll need to drive

. It’s 20 minutes from Panticosa, 30 minutes from the Formigal ski resort, and 40–45 minutes from the Valle de Aragón ski resorts.

The accommodation is on the ground floor, with direct access to the street.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€ per stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
