Très déçus de notre séjour. Malgré un appartement bien situé, une belle vue et une décoration agréable, de nombreux problèmes ont rendu le séjour pénible.Le disjoncteur saute dès que deux appareils fonctionnent. L’eau des robinets sortait marron et manquait de pression. Il faisait jusqu’à 34 C dans la mezzanine, pourtant dans la pièce de vie climatisée : le split étant trop bas, le froid ne montait pas suffisamment et aucun ventilateur n’était prévu à l’étage.Le lave-linge était hors service. Le mobilier extérieur était très bancal, certains éléments cassés, le lavabo extérieur bouché et l’éclairage de la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas, rendant les repas du soir très compliqués.La piscine impose des restrictions non indiquées dans l’annonce ni dans les informations avant notre arrivée, notamment le bonnet de bain et des horaires spécifiques. Nous avons également dû parcourir plusieurs kilomètres pour déposer nos poubelles à la déchetterie, ce qui n’était pas précisé.Surtout, malgré nos signalements, aucune réponse de l’hôte. Un manque de réactivité et de considération très décevant.Nous n’avons pas bénéficié de toutes les prestations annoncées. Au regard du prix, le rapport qualité-prix est clairement décevant. Nous comptons donner suite à cette situation afin que l’écart entre les prestations annoncées et réellement fournies soit pris en considération.Appartement avec du potentiel, mais expérience très décevante.
